Integrated BAS/SAS & Skills

56s
THE WHAT & HOW:
An integrated SAS/S context which transitions from a DOWNWARD-pushing 'L-sit', through the HORIZONTAL arc of a "piked" planche-form, and then finishing with a maximal OVERHEAD press.
In optimal execution, the sensation will be of a "locking out" overhead, as in the "take-off" phase of 'Pike press-HS'.his is made easier by maintaining the intention of maximal COMPRESSION throughout, PULLING the straight legs & torso toward one another & increasing the mechanical advantage.
