THE WHAT
An open-form, 'free-association' (FA) context which expresses a vocabulary of localised 'rolling' and 'circles' patterns already learnt in previous projects of practice. A recap of the fundamental "pieces":
‘Rolling’:
- Rib-cage roll, sagittal (forward & back)
- Rib-cage roll, frontal (left & right)
- Pelvic-roll, sagittal (forward & back)
- Pelvic-roll, frontal (left & right)
‘Circles’:
- Neck-circles, transverse (left/right)
- Thoracic-circles, transverse (left/right)
- Rib-cage circles, transverse (left/right)
Whilst the context serves to consolidate & keep the fundamental vocabulary "alive" & embodied, it can also be used therapeutically to "diagnose" and work on spinal-regions in need of nourishing movement, or even as an expressive practice.
