THE WHAT:
Introducing "noise" into the high rail-walk to develop dexterity though open kinetic-chain movements of the leg. Whilst progressive variations are given, each adding greater disturbances into the system, all are valuable and should be practiced toward proficiency & upgrading the body's balance system.
