3-minute wrist strength & mobility (& decompression)
RE-/PREHAB: Fingers, wrists. forearms & elbows
•
4m 7s
THE WHAT & HOW:
A conveniently-integrated routine of the three main strength-development movements: the ‘Wrist-fist roll’, ‘Floor wrist-extensions’, and the ‘First-knuckle pushup’.
Whilst its low intensity makes it of course immediately accessible to the beginner, this short & sweet routine is ideally recommended for INTERMEDIATE practitioners who has already developed experience with foundational routines over a year or so of practice. In this case, it actually serves as more of a MOBILISATION and strength-maintenance, rather than developmental, routine, unless performed at maximal intensity/progressions.
