The 'QDR' ('queda de rins'/"elbow to the kidneys") is an upper-body support predominantly used in the practice of Capoeira for catching a fall/evasive manoeuvre, transitioning through a range of dynamic forms, and in expressions of skill & capacity in 'Floreio' work.
