Rail-quadrupedal 'leg-thread'
Low rail-work

THE WHAT:
An intermediate-to-advanced semi-quadrupedal 'low-rail' locomotion pattern. It's availability is an expression of both capacity (compression potential to achieve the 'leg-thread'), structural-awareness (finding the optimal placement of hands/feet and negotiation the thread of the leg around the arm to meet the bar again), and, of course, balance.
To facilitate it's execution with allowances for limited compression capacity, it can be performed with the backside higher to allow for more space for the leg to pass around the arm.
When the pattern feels utterly impossible, first try the pattern on the FLOOR, following a straight line in the ground or drawn with chalk. If it is possible on the floor, it is possible on the rail!
