Momentum walks: 'Low-ceiling' and 'Gait-pivots'

THE WHAT:
The 'Low-ceiling walk' and 'Gait-pivots' are two methods for generating momentum between ground-acrobatic movements. The 'Low-ceiling' achieves this by maintaining a perpetually low-position - knees slightly flexed - which both brings the body closer to the floor to facilitating entrance.
Consistently "passing" weight from step-to-step with the quality of "pouring the water" in a near off-axis & out of balance position, this mean that there is NEVER any stopping and NEVER any feeling of being statically supported ('zero-point'). Rather, the sensation is of constantly "falling", ready to receive oneself into the floor with the hands.
The 'Gait-pivots' vocabulary generates momentum through its circular-trajectories in which force is both generated & transmitted. The different position also give immediate access to different "levels in space" from where ground-acrobatic patterns can be entered.
Both can be seen in light of simply "driving the car", the two concepts which can serve as the momentum-generating "glue" to connect pieces of ground acrobatics.

THE WHAT:
A conditioning locomotion pattern innately developing the range of the ankles in dorsiflexion (this comes from the intention working through a maximal extension & flexion each step which both loads in a stretched position, as well as strengthens through the concentric range), front-fold... -
The 'Ostrich Walk'
THE WHAT & HOW:
A dynamic, ballistic locomotion pattern which develops the elasticity of the posterior-chain, further to range in front-folding & active compression (when executed with this intent, i.e. active PULLING of the top of the head toward the floor).Practitioners should be mindful - wh...

THE WHAT:
A progressively-extending locomotion context developing mobility, joint-integrity, and patterning of the general squat form in motion. In its most basic intent, the practice is of placing ever further-reaching bases of support (the foot), and then TRANSFERRING the weight of the body – “...
