The 'Bear crawl' on "hot coals"
53s
THE WHAT:
A quadrupedal locomotion texture practiced toward "unchaining" the fundamental 'Bear crawl' locomotion pattern. "Textures" of movement are as wide an ranging as your imagination. The visualisation here is of "hot coals" which promotes a locomotive gait with a light and bouncy texture.
One practical way to implement this into practice is to consider "minimal time of contact" to the ground, placing & re-placing your bases of support (hands and feet) with greater frequency than in a more undefined "driving the car" context. Of of the back of this increased frequency of stepping, notice how it promotes more REBOUND from the floor which you can play with toward affecting the texture of your movement - light, and bouncy.
