Fundamental jump to 'cat-hang' 3 (rebounding)
Jumping & rebounding

THE WHAT:
Having built foundational strength-capacities & structural-understanding in the fundamental 'Cat-hang' form, further to qualities of "absorbing" and "rebounding", we now transfer this energy ROTATIONALLY into a simple half-turn, landing to face the opposite direction of the wall. This requires the practitioner to apply optimally-coordinated, placed, & well-timed PULLING (arms) and PUSHING (legs) to ensure sufficient height for the turn to be performed.
As landing is now incorporated into the context, the practitioner should observe optimal mechanics namely absorbing through the BALLS of the feet and incorporation of the "arm-pump" before landing, likewise to absorb the force of impact and facilitate minimal time to stabilisation. And proficiency develops, a measure of distance & landing accuracy/precision are injected by adding a target to the floor, further developing to adding "risk" by crossing a gap in application and, finally, the 'Cat-to-cat' closed-chain sequence.
