Standing-to-bridge contexts
Floor-entrance (FEN) & floor-exit (FEX) patterns

THE WHAT & HOW:
Contexts for exploring a controlled transition from standing, into bridge. Whilst in its isolated practice (standing/Sissy-squat to bridge & returning) significant control in back-bending range is requested & developed, in the integrated variations it ultimately serves as a bipedal floor-entrance taking a shortcut through the "upside down".
It should be clear that practice of these contexts can only be productive if the practitioner firstly has some significant experience with both the 'Sissy squat' and also back-bridging forms, both 'high' and 'low'. This is not to say, however, that the movements should or will be immediately achievable for those with great capacity here, and likewise for those still yet to gain a lot from the ISOLATED practice (i.e. with 'Sissy squat' and 'bridge').
