ENC task: High wall-kip to squat

THE WHAT & HOW:
An environmental-communication (ENC) context to apply a rail-based kip pattern into a wall setting. The practitioner jumps into the wall, folds into the contact, and uses that interaction to redirect upward into a controlled squat on top of the wall. It is a direct transfer of a learned rail mechanic into a variable environmental structure.
The focus is on applying the timing, coordination, and environmental reading required to make the movement work across different wall heights, textures, and conditions. The practitioner must adjust approach, commitment, and body organisation based on what the environment presents, rather than relying on a fixed setup.
A key aspect is the choice of challenge level: the wall should sit in a range that is not fully certain but clearly achievable, encouraging commitment into the attempt. Repetition builds familiarity and confidence in reading the structure, with successful attempts reinforcing control in slightly uncertain conditions.
Execution is centred on a committed approach, clean contact into the wall, and a decisive upward resolution into the squat position. The emphasis is on adapting a known movement pattern to an environmental surface, maintaining clarity of action while adjusting to context.
