THE WHAT:
The 'Archer' serves as a progressive form for developing both the patterning & capacity of more unilateral, 1-arm pulling. It takes its name from the image in the top position of an archer drawing the string of their bow close to their body (the flexed/"working" arm), whilst the other holds the wood of the bow at length (the extended, "assistance" arm).
